As all these videos are in "Vivo" format they mostly under 4 megs. However, most of them are in quite good quality, especially considering how small the files are and that the equivelent in "Avi" or "Mov" format would be around 50-60 megs.

To view the files once they are downloaded you must download, unzip and install a Vivo player, such as THIS. You must then download THIS file, unzip it and put it in the same directory as the Vivo player.

If Netscape users are having difficulty, with an error message appearing after trying to play a downloaded file, use THIS program to fix it.
